Enhanced Production and Stability of Laccase Using Some Fungi on Different Lignocellulosic Materials
[摘要] Thepotentialsofthirteenlignocellulosicwasteswheatbran,barleybran,coneofPinusnigra,sawdust,cornbran,oat,ricebran,canola,driedtea,groundcloverstraw,sunflowerstalk,soybeanbagasse,drieddistillersgrainswithsoluble(DDGS)assolidsubstratesinrespectoflaccaseproductionbythewhite-rotfungiTrametesversicolor(ATCC200801),Phanerochaetechrysospsorium(ME446)andPleurotussajor-cajuundersolid-stateconditionswereassessed.ThehighestlaccaseactivitywasdetectedwhenT.versicolorwasgrownongroundcloverstraw,showingamaximumvalueof22.36Uml-1.Thehighenzymeactivitywasobservedtocorrespondwithchemicalcompositionofsubstrateevaluatedinrespectofholocellulose,lignin,carbonandnitrogencontents.Inaddition,FTIRanalysiswasperformedtochemicalchangesofsubstratebeforeandafterusinginsolidstateculture.Furthermore,pHandthermalstabilityofenzymeobtainedfromT.versicolorATCC200801grownoncloverstrawwerestudied.Also,effectsofdifferentinhibitorsonthesameenzymeactivitywereinvestigated.
