EXTRACTION DES ACIDES FULVIQUES D'UN HORIZON SPODIQUE PAR UNE RESINE ECHANGEUSE D'IONS DE TYPE H POSITIF
[摘要] AresinintheH+form(Dowex50W-X8)wasusedtoextractfulvicacidsfromaSpodichorizon.Thisresinhasthefollowingadvantagesinrelationtothereagentsnormallyused.Itsolubilizesorganicmatterwhilepurifyingitandwithoutalteringitbyoxidationandhydrolysis.Furthermore,sincetheresiniseliminatedcompletelyfromtheextract,nocontaminatingionsremain.Thesoilwasagitatedinamixtureofwaterandresin.Theextractobtainedwasfiltered,centrifuged,purifiedbypassagethroughacolumnofH+resinandfreeze-dried.Thealternationoffreeze-dryingandresolubilizationresultedinthecoagulationofthesilicawhichwasremovedbycentrifugation.Acidorganicmatterwithverylowashcontent(1%)wasobtained.ThefulvicacidsextractedbyresinandbyNa-pyrophosphatewerecompared.Qualitativelytheywerepracticallythesame,asevidencedbythesimilarityofthecurvesobtainedbygel-filtration(Sephadex).Quantitativelytheresin,however,wasamoreefficientreagent.T...
