[摘要] Carrotsgrownundergreenhouseconditionsinamedium-decomposed,acidorganicsoilshowedasignificantyieldandcarrotlengthresponsetosoiltemperatureandcopperfertilization.Rootlengthsat16 Cweresignificantlygreaterthanlengthsat12and20 C,whichinturnweresignificantlygreaterthanlengthsat8 C.Rootandleafyieldsat8 Cweresignificantlyinferiortoyieldsat12,16and20 C.Thetotalnativecoppercontentof10 ppminsoil,andleafconcentrationsof12 ppminthetissue,wereinsufficientfornormalcarrotdevelopmentundertheseexperimentalconditions.Applicationofcopperattherateof25 ppminsoilsignificantlyincreasedyields.Leafconcentrationsof145,125and4440 ppmofMn,ZnandMg,respectively,intissue,andsoilconcentrationsof60,80and1300 ppmforMn,ZnandMg,respectively,weresufficientfornormalcarrotplantdevelopment.IncreasingsoiltemperaturesignificantlyincreasedCuandMnconcentrationsintheleaves,andthisoccurredirrespectiv...
