[摘要] Inthisstudy,wehaveinvestigatedthecorrelationbetweeninvitrodifferentiationandDNAdegradation.WehaveshownadecreaseinhighmolecularweightDNAin10-day-oldembryonicchicklenscellsafter1dayinculture.UsingX-rayasatooltochecktheabilityofthesecellstorepairsingle-strandbreaksintheirDNA,wehaveobserved,inadditiontospontaneousDNAdegradation,animpairementintherepairprocess.
