[摘要] BackgroundandObjectives:Liverbiopsyisthegoldstandardforassessingliverfibrosis.ScoringsystemssuchasBARDandBAAThasbeenstudiedinthedetectionofliverfibrosis.TheobjectiveofthisisstudywastodeterminethediagnosticvalueofBARDandBAATScoringsystemsinpredictingliverfibrosis.SubjectsandMethods:Inthiscross-sectionalstudy,thestudygroupwasselectedamongpatientswhitbreastcancer.Thosewithchronicliverdiseasewereexcludedfromthestudy.Finally60femalepatientswithbreastcancerincludedandundergoneliverelastography.ElastographyresultswerecomparedwithBARDandBAAT.Results:TheclinicaldataofthepatientswithliverstiffnessdegreesF0-F2andF3-F4basedontransientelastographywerecompared.TherateofBARDscore3-4concordancewiththeF3-4degreesofliverstiffnessintransientelastographyhadasensitivity,specificity,positiveandnegativepredictivevalueof84.6%,72.3%,45.8%and94.4%respectivelywithaccuracy75%andoddsratioof14.38(95%CI:2.8-73.9).ThecorrespondingvaluesforBAATscorewere91.5%,93.6%,72.7%and89.8%withanaccuracyof86.66%andoddsratioof23.46(95%CI:4.56-118).Conclusions:Inthisstudy,therewasasignificantassociationbetweenBAATandBARDscoreswithadvanceddegreesofliverstiffness.Incaseswhereliverelastographyorliverbiopsyisunavailabilityorpatientsarereluctant,theBAATandBARDscoresareusefulfordeterminingtheseverityofliverfibrosis.
