The Regulation of Maize Leaf Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxylase

[摘要] When this project started, it had been shown that the PEP carboxylase of CAM plants was regulated by a reversible phosphorylation. The main aim of this work was therefore to examine the hypothesis that PEP carboxylase from maize leaves was regulated by phosphorylation in response to light or darkness.
