Immunologically Induced Aspermatogenesis in the White Mouse

[摘要] B. pertussis phase I vaccine is an effective adjuvant in the production of experimental aspermatogenesis in that profound testicular damage is produced in most of the animals. Pertussis organisms thereby are found to enhance hypersensitivity of the delayed as well as of the immediate type. The mechanism of action of pertussis vaccine is probably different from that of oily adjuvants.
