An Immunogenetic Study of the Rabbit Agglutinator Factor (Anti-Antibody)

[摘要] Serum factors, called agglutinators, have been described which are capable of causing the agglutination of rabbit erythrocytes specifically sensitized with certain incomplete rabbit isoantibody. Of 13 different sensitized cell systems, 5 were capable of detecting the agglutinator factor. One of these systems detected an agglutinator factor which appears to be present as the result of the action of the recessive genes ag/ag .
