DEVELOPMENT OF WATER LEVEL CHANGES IN THE GERMAN BIGHT, AN ANALYSIS BASED ON SINGLE VALUE TIME SERIES

[摘要] Time series of semidiurnal single values of Tidal High Water and Tidal Low Water and their occurrence times from certain tide gauges in the German Bight were evaluated. Detailed analyses were performed to detect district periodicities and changes in the trends not only of water levels but also of the occurrence times by means of mathematical-statistical methods.
