[摘要] Patients with anorexia nervosa exhibit a wide variety of physical signs and symptoms that require treatment including effects on the musculoskeletal system. Atrophy and change in type of skeletal muscle, changes in bone density with pathological fractures and skin changes have been described [1–3].
