CT Phenotypes in Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis
[摘要] Hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP) is a remarkably diverse clinical condition. Although it is defined by the presence of inflammation and/or fibrosis incited by a wide array of potential organic and inorganic antigens, an inciting antigen is not identified in about 50% of patients with chronic HP. Most cases of acute or subacute HP resolve with treatment, but a substantial proportion of subjects with HP develop fibrosis, or present with established fibrosis on CT or histology. CT features of fibrosis include reticular abnormality, architectural distortion, traction bronchiectasis, and honeycombing.
