[摘要] The most critical step in the care of patients with interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) is arriving at the correct diagnosis. Therapeutic choices, prognosis, and potential comorbidities are largely related to the primary ILD diagnosis; thus, the utmost care and certainty must be used in determining the diagnosis. The American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society has provided thoughtful guidance in the evaluation of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP) based on research and clinical consensus.
