Legal and financial models for public-private partnerships: Making global outreach more feasible
[摘要] In recent years, providers of health care services in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) have shown a substantial and sustained interest in exploring public-private partnership (PPP) finance options.1,2 These options are designed to capture private investment flows and to increase private sector partnership with public and philanthropic organizations to facilitate efficiency, accessibility, and innovations in the global health market. This article addresses financing mechanisms for establishing PPPs in global health.
