[摘要] LysinedeacetylationbytheNAD+‐dependentfamilyofsirtuinshasbeenrecognizedasanimportantpost‐translationalmodificationregulatingawiderangeofcellularprocesses.Theselysinedeacetylaseshaveattractedmuchinterestbasedontheirabilitytopromotesurvivalinresponsetostress.SirtuinsrequireNAD+fortheirenzymaticactivity,suggestingthattheseenzymesmayrepresentmolecularlinksbetweencellmetabolismandseveralhumandisorders,includingdiabetesandcancer.Inflammationrepresentsapathologicalsituationwithclearconnectionstometabolismandaginginhumans,raisingthepossibilitythatsirtuinsmayalsoplayanimportantroleduringanormaland/orapathologicalimmuneresponse.Agrowingbodyofdatahasconfirmedtheimmunomodulatorypropertiesofsirtuins,althoughoftenwithcontrastingandopposingconclusions.Theseobservationswillbesummarizedhereinandthepossiblestrategiesthatmayleadtothedevelopmentofnoveltherapeuticapproachestotreatinflammationbrieflydiscussed...
