延续性护理对膀胱肿瘤合并糖尿病患者术后生活质量和血糖控制的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing care on quality of life and blood glucose control in patients with bladder cancer and diabetes mellitus after receiving cystostomy. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with bladder cancer and type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing and health education after operation, and the continuing nursing interventions were carried out in the observation group. Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the patients’ quality of life after operation. The efficacy of blood glucose control and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had higher score in assessment of sleeping quality, motor and feeling, cognitive function on disease, working and social adjustment, living and entertainment compared with those in the control group at three months after operation, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The level of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of parastomal hernia and peristomal dermatitis were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing care can improve the quality of life and efficacy of blood glucose control in elderly patients with bladder cancer and diabetes mellitus after cystostomy.
