综合护理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者应激状态及睡眠质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions on stress status and quality of sleep of patients with surgery for uterine fibroid. Methods 〓A total of 62 patients with uterine fibroid were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 31 cases for each group. Both two groups received routine nursing, and the comprehensive interventions focusing on psychological nursing were carried out in the observation group. Preoperative stress status and postoperative quality of sleep were compared between two groups. Results There was a significant difference in postoperative heart rate and systolic blood pressure between two groups(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a lower score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)compared with those in the control group at 3 days after surgery(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the surgical stress and improve the postoperative quality of sleep in patients with uterine fibroid.
