综合护理在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods 〓A total of 200 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer were assigned to the group A and group B, with 100 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care during treatment, and the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the group B. The treatment compliance was evaluated by self-made questionnaires. The adverse reaction or complications during treatment were observed. Results 〓The treatment compliance rate was higher in the group B than that of group A(P<0.05). The proportion of patients with 0~I grade nausea and vomiting was 54.0% in the group B and was 27.0% in the group A(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Comprehensive nursing is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance of patients and relieve the nausea and vomiting during postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.
