癌痛日志结合电话随访在癌痛护理中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of pain diary combined with telephone follow-up in nursing care of patients with cancer pain. Methods   Totally 100 discharged patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received three stages of analgesic pharmacotherapy and routine telephone follow-up after discharge, and the pain diary intervention was carried out in the observation group. The score of numeric rating scale on pain(NRS), EORTC QLQ-C30, incidence of adverse reaction and satisfaction degree on nursing service were assessed and compared between two groups. Results   The NRS score and incidence of adverse reaction were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher level of quality of life and nursing satisfaction compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion   Application of pain diary combined with telephone follow-up may effective to reduce the pain degree and improve the quality of life in discharged cancer patients.
