中西医结合护理干预在肝硬化腹水患者治疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for liver cirrhosis patients with ascites. Methods 〓A total of 100 liver cirrhosis patients with ascites were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received standard treatment and nursing care, while the nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was carried out in the observation group. The intervention efficacy and conditions of ascites were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention was 94.0% in the observation group and was 80.0% in the control group. Patients in the observation group had a better improvement in ascites condition compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Nursing management based on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is potentially effective to improve the ascites condition and quality of life in liver cirrhosis patients.
