概念图在急诊护士缺血性脑卒中相关知识培训中的应用效果
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of concept map in ischemic stroke-associated knowledge training for emergency nurse.Methods The cross-sectional survey on ischemic stroke-associated knowledge, including baseline information and guidelines of ischemic stroke was performed to nurses in the emergency department from two tertiary hospitals. A total of 142 nurses were randomly divided into the control group(n=62)and the study group(n=80), with traditional training methods and concept map-based training respectively. The score in assessment of ischemic stroke and thrombolysis-associated knowledge was compared between two groups.Results Nurses in the study group achieved a higher score of in ischemic stroke-associated knowledge, thrombolysis-associated knowledge, requirement in stage of thrombolysis time, patients transferring-associated knowledge compared with that in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The introduction of concept map teaching methods based on requirement of clinical nurse can stimulate the interest of learning, improve the autonomous learning ability and enhance the knowledge level of ischemic stroke.
