临床护理路径在择期剖宫产产妇中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing path for women with elective cesarean delivery. Methods   Totally 90 women undergoing elective cesarean delivery were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the clinical nursing path was carried out in the observation group. The time of off-bed, breast feeding rate, incidence of obstetric complication and length of stay were observed. The awareness on cesarean delivery, comfort level and nursing quality of women were assessed and compared between two groups. Results   Women in the observation group had a higher breast feeding rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The time of off-bed and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Women in the observation group had higher level of cesarean delivery awareness and comfort, as well as evaluation on nursing quality, compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion   Clinical nursing path is potentially effective to improve maternal recovery and quality of obstetric care.
