失效模式及效应分析联合PDCA循环管理在肝胆外科护理管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the failure mode effect analysis(FMEA)combined with PDCA circulation in hepatobiliary surgical nursing. Methods   A total of 220 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery were assigned to the control group and the study group, with 110 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and nursing management based on FMEA combined with PDCA circulation was carried out in the study group additionally. Results   The quality rate of basic nursing measure was 99.8% in the study group and was 80.0% in the control group(P<0.01). The complaint rate and nursing errors rate were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion   nursing management based on FMEA combined with PDCA circulation is an effective way of reducing risk of nursing adverse events in patients undergoing hepatobiliary and support the continuous quality improvement.
