百克瑞杀菌纱布联合安普贴敷料治疗PICC置管局部皮肤感染的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Bactericide soaked gauze combined with Algoplaque(hydrocolloid dressing)using in local skin infection after peripherally inserted central catheterization(PICC), and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients with skin infection after PICC catheterization were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Bactericide soaked gauze combined with Algoplaque(hydrocolloid dressing), while those in the control group were treated with IV3000 breathable film. To evaluate the treatment effect and to observe the healing time of infection in two groups. Results 〓There was no significant difference in overall effective rate between two groups at one week after intervention(P>0.05). The averaged healing duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Using Bactericide soaked gauze combined with Algoplaque(hydrocolloid dressing)can effectively control the infection. It is also required to carry out targeted would care to shorten the treatment time.
