风险管理在胸腰椎手术俯卧位安置中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of risk management on prone position placement in thoracolumbar spine surgery.Methods To set up a risk management team in the orthopedic nursing section of the operation room and to analyze the risky factors of prone position in the thoracolumbar spine surgery. The corresponding control measures were carried out, and risk occurrence rates between the contexts with and without risk management were compared.Results After implementation of risk management, the occurrence rate was reduced significantly in terms of serious complications in eyes, respiratory system, reproductive organs, joints, and nervous system. The incidence of pressure sore and bruises of skin were decreased after implementation of risk management, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management during the prone position placement can reduces the occurrence of the related risk event thus subsequently ensures the safety of patients.
