穴位注射治疗尿毒症呃逆的效果及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection in treatment of uremia-associated hiccup, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 125 uremia patients with hiccup symptom were treated by acupoint injection and corresponding nursing intervention. The efficacy of intervention on relieving hiccup symptom was evaluated. Results  Of 125 patients, 76 cases with symptom recovered, 41 cases with symptom improved, 8 cases with ineffectiveness. The total effective rate was 93.6%(117/125). Conclusion  The acupoint injection combined with corresponding nursing intervention is safe and effective in treatment of uremia-associated hiccup.
