低分子肝素皮下注射方法的改进与应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the method of reducing subcutaneous bleeding in subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH). Methods A total of 98 inpatients with subcutaneous injection of LMWH were recruited as observation group, receiving modified injection methods with a rotation of injection site (continuously injection for 10 s, press for 3～5 min if bleeding). Another 122 inpatients with normal injection methods were included as control group. Results The incidence of subcutaneous bleeding was lower in observation group than that of the controls, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Findings indicate the modified injection methods with a rotation of injection site can reduce the risk of subcutaneous bleeding in subcutaneous injection of LMWH.
