不同侧卧位护理在ARDS患者机械通气中的效果评价

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of different lateral position nursing on mechanical ventilation of patients with ARDS, so as to provide evidence for the best lateral position for ventilation. Methods A total of 60 ventilation patients with ARDS were divided into lateral position at 45° group(A group) and lateral position at 90° group(B group). Hemodynamics and blood gas indexes of both groups before and after care were compared. Results Different lateral position nursing had no significant effect on hemodynamics (P>0.05). After 24 hours of ventilation, p(O2), p(CO2) and p(O2)/FiO2 in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05). Ventilation time in B group were significantly longer than that in A group (P<0.05). There was one case with tracheal shedding in A group and no complications were seen in B group. Conclusion Patients have high tolerance and fewer complications in lateral position at 90°, and the position could effectively improve oxygenation.
