综合保暖措施预防前列腺电切术中寒战的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention measures in preventing shivering in transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients with TURP surgery in our hospital were included in this study, and were divided into comprehensive nursing group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing group received warmkeeping measures. And related indicators of two groups were compared. Results Chills and restlessness rates in the comprehensive nursing group were 5.56% and 8.33%, which were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Perioperative and postoperative body temperature, heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the comprehensive nursing group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of shivering can be effectively reduced by enhancing operating room temperature, perfusion liquid and infusion liquid temperature and taking reasonable warmkeeping measures.
