优质护理干预对针灸康复治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on recovery of hemiparetic stroke patients with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy. Methods A total of 80 hemiparetic stroke patients at convalescent stage were randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40), with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given the high quality nursing interventions. The FuglMeyer Assessment (FMA) and functional independence rating scale (FIM) of two groups were compared before intervention, 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Results Three months after intervention, the scores of FMA and FIM were increased in both of two groups 3 months after intervention compared to those before intervention and 1 month after intervention (P＜0.01). The observation group achieved a higher score of FMA and FIM 1 month and 3 months after intervention compared with the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion  High quality nursing is potentially effective to improve the motor and physical function rehabilitation in hemiparetic stroke patients with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy.
