血液透析患者院内跌倒的原因分析与护理对策

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analysis the root cause of the falls of hemodialyzed patients in hospital, then countermeasures are put forward to prevent falls. Methods 〓The root analysis method was used to analyze the 7 cases falls events from July 2013 to January 2017. Results 〓The cause of falls in hemodialyzed patients mainly included patient factors, nursing staff, environmental factors and the hospital policy. Conclusion 〓Preventive nursing countermeasures such as health education, anti-falls process, specialist knowledge training and nursing safety risk management should be carried out to prevent the falls of hemodialyzed patients in hospital.
