艾条灸联合金黄散外敷治疗老年患者静脉留置针所致静脉炎的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion with moxa sticks combined with external application of Jinhuang powder in treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle in elderly patients. Methods 〓Totally 92 elderly patients with phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received external application of Jinhuang powder, and those in the observation group were given extra moxibustion with moxa sticks. To evaluate the clinical effect at 3 days after intervention. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The moxibustion with moxa sticks combined with external application of Jinhuang powder is effective in treatment of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.
