突发性耳聋患者应用早期护理干预对其急性应激反应的影响

[摘要] Abstract： Objective To explore effect of early nursing intervention on acute stress reaction in elderly patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 267 sudden deafness patients in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups according to nursing mode. The control group (n=130) underwent routine nursing, and observation group (n=137) carried out early nursing intervention, acute stress reaction of two groups were compared. Results SASRQ score before nursing intervention in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05), and SASRQ score in the observation group after nursing was (26.4±4.2) points, which was significantly lower than (36.9±5.1) points in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acute stress reaction is commonly seen in elderly patients with sudden deafness, and early nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the acute stress reactions.
