乳腺癌患者多西他赛化疗期间发生心动过缓的原因及护理干预

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze reasons of bradycardia during docetaxel chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer and nursing intervention. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer were selected, and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate at the time points of before docetaxel infusion, during docetaxel infusion and two hours after docetaxel infusion were analyzed. Results Blood pressure and heart rate in eighty patients changed at the time points of before docetaxel infusion, during docetaxel infusion and two hours after docetaxel infusion, and there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Bradycardia is the common symptom in the course of docetaxel chemotherapy. Implementation of high quality nursing intervention for patients can effectively improve quality of life, so it is worthy of clinical application.
