手术室优质护理在预防全膝关节置换术后切口感染中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of high quality nursing in operation room for preventing incision infection after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods A Total of 60 patients undergoing TKA were randomly divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). The control group was given conventional nursing care while the observation group was given the high quality nursing intervention. The incidence of incision infection, healing effect, length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results There was no incision infection occurred in the observation group, and all wounds were healed at the first grade. The observation group had a lower incidence rate of incision infection, higher healing rate at first grade and shorter length of stay compared with the control group (P＜0.05). the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67% in the observation group and was 80.00 in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in operation room can effectively reduce the incision infection after TKA, and to improve the healing effect and nursing satisfaction.
