康复护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 78 LDH patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care, while the rehabilitation nursing intervention was performed in the observation group. The rehabilitation effect and quality of life were assessed and compared between two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of rehabilitation treatment was 94.87%(37/39)in the observation group and was 76.92%(30/39)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher score of SF-36 except for social function dimension compared with those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect and the quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
