腰痛中医护理方案临床应用效果评价

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the universality and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing plan for patients with low back pain. Methods 〓Totally 86 hospitalized patients with low back pain were recruited as the research subjects. The nursing care and health education were carried out according to the TCM nursing plan. Results 〓There was a High level of patients’ compliance and satisfaction to the TCM nursing techniques including iontophoresis with Chinese herbs, acupoint sticking therapy, auricular point sticking, moxibustion and lumbar traction. Patients with low back pain, limitation of motion, leg numbness and insomnia benefited from TCM nursing plan. Conclusion 〓The TCM nursing plan exerts a predominant influence on improving the clinical symptoms of low back pain, and promotes the development of TCM.
